About the Louvre Museum and the Abbey
This experience combines a visit to two of France’s most emblematic cultural monuments: the Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel and the Louvre Museum. The abbey, located on a rocky island off the coast of Normandy, dates back to 708 and for centuries became an important monastic and pilgrimage center. The Louvre, located in the heart of Paris, opened as a museum in 1793 and today houses one of the most important art collections in the world.
What to see during the visit
